1. What we collect

When you send an inquiry, we collect the name, business email, and message you provide, along with the product you are inquiring about. When a supplier registers, we collect company name, business email, company profile information, and product data the supplier chooses to publish.

2. How we use it

Inquiry data is forwarded to the relevant supplier so they can respond to you directly by email. We do not sell your data, and we do not run third-party advertising or tracking on this site. The only cookie we set is a strictly-necessary session cookie for logged-in suppliers and administrators — it is not used to track buyers.

To keep the site working, we collect anonymous technical error diagnostics (such as stack traces and the page where a failure occurred) via the Sentry error-monitoring service, based on our legitimate interest in operating a reliable service. These diagnostics never include the contents of your inquiry form, are not used for advertising, and set no tracking cookies.

3. Where your data lives

Data is stored on servers operated by us and our infrastructure providers. Inquiry emails are delivered through third-party email delivery providers, who process the message solely to deliver it to the recipient. Anonymous error diagnostics are processed by Sentry (Functional Software, Inc.) solely to help us detect and fix technical failures.

4. Your rights

If you are in the EEA/UK, you have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to its processing. Contact us at[email protected]and we will respond within 30 days.

5. Retention

Inquiries are retained as long as the related product listing remains active, or as needed to resolve disputes. Supplier account data is retained for the life of the account.
