1. About c-b2b
c-b2b is a sourcing platform that connects buyers with Chinese manufacturers. We host supplier product listings and route buyer inquiries to the relevant supplier. We are not a party to any transaction between buyer and supplier.
2. Buyer terms
You may browse and send inquiries without an account. Inquiries must be genuine sourcing requests; no spam, solicitation, or unlawful content. All commercial terms (price, MOQ, delivery, warranty) are agreed directly between you and the supplier — listings are indicative only.
3. Supplier terms
Suppliers must provide accurate company and product information and hold the rights to all content and images they upload. Listings go live only after platform review. The platform may reject, delist, or remove content that is inaccurate, infringing, or unlawful, and may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4. Liability
The platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform is not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of products, the accuracy of listings, or any loss arising from transactions between buyers and suppliers.
